Celebrate Easter this year with a trinity of specials from Acropolis (all regular menu items will also be available). Roasted Leg of Lamb – $17

Shaved roasted lamb with spinach, feta, and rosemary jus served over lemon potatoes with roasted zucchini and squash.

Grilled Lamb “Porterhouse” Chops – $26

Grilled lamb “Porterhouse” chops over roasted vegetables, tricolor couscous with pesto and roasted red pepper puree.

Pecan-Crusted North Carolina Trout – $20

Pecan-crusted North Carolina trout served over roasted red potatoes, Brussel sprouts and bacon tomato jam.
