E.H. Taylor, Jr. Amaranth

Richly fragrant with caramel, butterscotch, baking spices, and seasoned oak, this E.H. Taylor whiskey has a thin mouthfeel with sweet butterscotch, honey, caramel, summer fruits, and oak. To be considered “Bottled-in-Bond,” a whiskey must be distilled and aged in a federally bonded warehouse, supervised by the U.S. government, for at least four years and bottled at 100 proof. It must be from one distillery, one distillation season, and the label must show the distillery and bottler (if different). This is a truly unique bottle you won’t want to miss.
W.L. Weller 12 Year

Specially chosen and bottled one barrel at a time, this bourbon is meant to be savored. It is a twelve-year-old W.L. Weller from the wheated bourbon family and is aged longer than most. Its deep bronze hue and 107 proof make for a complex, bold taste and a smooth, easy-going finish. The wheat rather than rye grain gives this whiskey a softer flavor, making it perfect for sipping or cocktails.
